1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the aa9399 website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and aa9399 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of aa9399 constitutes acceptance of any modifications or updates we make to these Terms. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by the User on the aa9399 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means the amount of money placed by the User on any betting or gaming event available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the User's Account, including deposits and winnings, less withdrawals and losses.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit valid identification documents such as Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all transactions on aa9399 are conducted.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by aa9399, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or an Indonesian national residing abroad.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list or banned from gambling by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, affiliate, or family member of an aa9399 employee.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. aa9399 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Registration

To create an Account on aa9399, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to register only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify aa9399 immediately via email at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

aa9399 is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete KYC verification by uploading clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name).

KYC verification typically takes 2 to 6 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00-21:00 WIB). aa9399 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to satisfy regulatory and security requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

aa9399 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. aa9399 does not charge any fees for deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though bank processing times may occasionally cause delays of up to 15 minutes.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded, less any applicable processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may be subject to additional verification and may be processed in installments.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Verified accounts with withdrawals under Rp 5,000,000: 15 to 30 minutes
• Verified accounts with withdrawals between Rp 5,000,000 and Rp 50,000,000: 1 to 6 hours
• Verified accounts with withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000: up to 24 hours
• Unverified accounts or accounts pending additional KYC review: up to 72 hours

aa9399 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. All withdrawals are subject to review for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must wager your deposit amount at least once (1x turnover requirement). This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before withdrawing. Deposits that have not met the turnover requirement may be subject to a 5% administrative fee upon withdrawal.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on aa9399 are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport being wagered on. By placing a bet, you accept the outcome as determined by the Platform and agree that all decisions made by aa9399 regarding bet settlement are final and binding. aa9399 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspected fraud.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded except in cases where aa9399 voids the bet due to an error or rule violation. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are placed correctly before confirmation.

5.2 Sports Betting

aa9399 offers betting on a wide range of sports including football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, mixed martial arts, and e-sports. We cover Indonesian leagues such as BRI Liga 1 and international competitions including the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and more.

Bets on football matches include bandar bola (match result), mix parlay (accumulator bets), voor bola (handicap betting), over/under goals, correct score, and numerous other markets. All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in settlement unless explicitly stated.

If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours and is completed before the next scheduled match in the same competition.

5.3 Casino Games

aa9399 offers live dealer casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and dragon tiger, as well as RNG-powered slot games, video poker, and table games. All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness.

Each game has its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout. RTP information is available in each game's rules section. Casino game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a clear technical malfunction.

5.4 Togel and Sabung Ayam

aa9399 offers togel, Indonesia's traditional lottery game, with daily draws from multiple markets. Players can bet on 2D, 3D, and 4D number combinations. All draw results are published immediately after the official draw and cannot be disputed.

Sabung ayam (online cockfighting) is streamed live from licensed arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. Bets are settled based on the official outcome as declared by the arena referee. In the event of a draw or technical issue preventing match completion, bets are typically voided and stakes returned.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

aa9399 may offer bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x to 30x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and bonus terms are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and conditions.

aa9399 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity designed to exploit promotions. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and cannot be withdrawn without meeting wagering requirements.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aa9399 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or gambling if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses.
• Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets; providing false information during registration or KYC; or engaging in any form of identity theft.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing information or coordinating bets.
• Money Laundering: Using aa9399 to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Betting Syndication: Participating in organized betting syndicates or using automated betting software (bots).
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, bugs, or incorrect odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing aa9399 staff or other players.

aa9399 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors all Account activity. Any suspicious activity will be investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.

8. Limitation of Liability

aa9399 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the Platform is reliable, secure, and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. aa9399 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Technical failures, including server downtime, software bugs, or internet connectivity issues.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures beyond our control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or other information displayed on the Platform, provided we correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Loss of data, Account access, or other technical issues resulting from factors outside our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by government authorities, including but not limited to blocking access to the Platform.

In no event shall aa9399's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aa9399 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. aa9399 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the Platform. You gamble at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by aa9399

aa9399 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• Your Account has been inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months.

In the event of Account closure due to violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your Account is closed in good standing, you may request withdrawal of your remaining balance, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 9.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after completion of wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 7 business days.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which aa9399 is licensed. aa9399 operates under an international gaming license issued by an offshore regulatory authority.

By using aa9399, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location. Indonesia's domestic gambling laws, including the Public Gambling Act of 1867, prohibit land-based gambling within Indonesian territory but do not explicitly address offshore online gambling platforms. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which aa9399 is licensed. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
